Sticky Situations is a one-person business run by Sophia. This page explains what happens to your information. Short version: it is used to send you stickers and nothing else.

What is collected

• Order details — name, email, postal address, and what you bought, so your order can be shipped.
• Payment details — handled entirely by our payment processor. Sophia never sees or stores your full card number.
• Newsletter email — only if you sign up. Unsubscribe from any email.
• Basic analytics — aggregate page views. No advertising trackers, no profiles sold or shared.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the shop: the cart and checkout provider, the payment processor, the email provider, and the postal carrier. Each sees only what it needs. Your data is never sold.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for as long as tax rules require, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

The shop uses functional cookies to remember your cart between pages. No advertising cookies are set.

Your choices

Email hello@sticky-situations.com to see, correct, or delete the information held about you, and it will be handled within 30 days.

Children

Stickers are made for all ages, but orders should be placed by someone 13 or older, or by a parent.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
