Shipping rates

• Standard — $3.50, arrives in 3–5 business days, tracked.
• Express — $7.00, arrives in 1–2 business days, tracked.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $25.

Processing time

Sophia packs orders by hand, usually within 1–2 business days. Custom commissions take longer — see the custom designs page. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is posted; you can also look it up on the order tracking page.

Where we ship

Currently the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is in progress — join the newsletter to be told when it opens.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your stickers arrive damaged, email a photo to hello@sticky-situations.com within 14 days of delivery and Sophia will reprint and reship them free. No return needed. If tracking shows a parcel as lost, she will replace it once the carrier confirms.

Returns and exchanges

Unopened stickers can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is the buyer's. Email first so Sophia can give you the return address.

Custom commissions are non-refundable once you have approved the sketch, since each one is drawn and printed for you alone. If something arrives wrong or damaged, it is reprinted free.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back as undeliverable, Sophia will reship it once you cover the postage again.
