Who you are buying from
Sticky Situations is a sole trader business operated by Sophia in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, both shown at checkout before you pay. Sophia may correct obvious pricing errors and will refund you in full if an order is affected.
Stock
Stock counts are kept current, but if something sells out between your order and packing, Sophia will contact you and refund that item.
Shipping, returns, refunds

Custom commissions
- You approve a sketch before anything is printed or paid for.
- Two rounds of changes are included at the sketch stage.
- Once approved, commissions are non-refundable, since each is made for you alone.
- Sophia retains copyright in the artwork; you get the printed stickers for personal use.
- Sophia may decline requests that are hateful, infringe someone else's rights, or that she is not able to draw well.
Artwork and copyright
All designs are original works by Sophia and remain her property. Buying a sticker gives you the sticker, not the artwork — please do not reproduce, resell, or use the designs commercially without written permission. Licensing enquiries are welcome via contact.
Use of the stickers
The vinyl is durable and outdoor-rated, but surfaces vary. Sophia is not responsible for damage to paintwork or other surfaces. Test somewhere discreet if you are unsure.
Liability
Sophia's liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
